A buffet of our four most popular pizzas: Porky’s Pepperoni, Raging Bull (pepperoni, Canadian bacon, & Italian sausage), Splendor in the Grass vegetarian, and Moonstruck (four cheeses, tomatoes, & basil).
Includes iced tea and sodas
Add side salads for $1 more per person.
FINGER FOODS/SANDWICH BUFFET (CALL/head)
Platters of silver dollar sandwiches on sesame rolls. Stuffed with roast beef & Brie, or turkey & Swiss with baby greens.
· Platters of raw vegetables: baby carrots, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, and celery arranged around a centerpiece of ranch dressing.

MARINATED PORK LOIN ($CALL/head; 30 person minimum)
Thick medallions of basil-marinated roasted pork tenderloin, served with spicy horseradish sauce and sesame silver dollar rolls
Gourmet cheese platter: an assortment of imported cheeses, including brie, bleu cheese, goat cheese, etc. Served with grapes, rolls, and stone-ground crackers

HOLIDAY FINGER FOODS ($CALL/head; 30 person minimum)
Large, peeled boiled shrimp, served on ice with cocktail sauce
Pan-fried Chinese dumplings: plump dumplings stuffed with pork or veggies, served hot with a ginger soy sauce
Gourmet cheese platter: an assortment of imported cheeses, including brie, bleu cheese, goat cheese, etc. Served with grapes, rolls, and stone-ground crackers
Festive fruit platter: a colorful arrangement of strawberries, pears, figs, kiwi fruit, assorted melons, grapes, and other assorted fruits (arrangement may vary according to season)

FAJITA BUFFET ($CALL/head; 50 person minimum)
Chicken and beef marinated in ancho and juajillo peppers, grilled to perfection and served with guacamole, cheese, sour cream, tortillas, tomatoes, lettuce, and pico de gallo.
