Pyramid Spring Fling Pale Ale-Our spectacular pale ale is a tantalizing mix of hops and malts offering a moment of unrestrained pleasure with each delectable sip. Shiner 101 - Shiner 101 Czech-Style Pilsner is a very good beer! It has a creamy, medium-sized, off-white head, and a bright, golden color. Carbonation is moderate. Aroma is not strong, but smells of grain and hops. The taste is smooth, and it has just the right amount of hops, even though I usually prefer more bitterness. The beer is mild, without much bite. Mouth feel is light and watery. Shiner 101 finishes nicely with not much heaviness. St Arnold Brown Ale-A beautiful, deep copper brown ale. It has a full, malty body with hints of chocolate, a touch of sweetness and a light hop flavor. A complex malt character is created by combining five different types of malts. It has a rich, creamy head with a fine lace. The light fruitiness, characteristic of ales, is derived from a proprietary yeast strain. . Spaten Optimator-The classic German dark beer, bottom fermented 'Doppel Bock'. Full bodied with a deep dark color and rich roasted malt flavor. Alcohol content: 7,2 % Shock Top As an unfiltered Belgian-style wheat ale, this beer is naturally cloudy with a light golden color. St. Arnold's Elissa IPA-A traditional India Pale Ale, the Elissa IPA is very hoppy with a properly balanced malty body. Elissa has huge hop additions in the kettle that give it a wonderful bitterness and is then dry-hopped in the fermenter to create the pleasant floral, hoppy nose. Our reverse osmosis water makes the bitter very soft with no harsh notes to it. The maltiness is derived from British Maris Otter malt. Its rich flavor stands up to the hops that would otherwise dominate this beer. The Elissa is an authentic version of an India Pale Ale (IPA) style. Shiner Blonde-Blonde made its debut as the original recipe Kosmos Spoetzl brought to the "Little Brewery." A golden lager that pays sincere tribute to its Bohemian roots, Shiner Blonde carries a distinctive flavor followed by a satisfying, smooth finish. Although our Blonde owes its heritage to the German homeland, it represents the best of a true American lager. That's our Shiner Blonde red, white and brewed. Breckenridge Small Batch 471 471 is a small batch, limited edition ale that was created by our Brewmaster to separate the weak from the strong. 471 is a double IPA, that combines Pale, Munich, Caramel-30, Carapils and Torrified Wheat malts, with Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe and Fuggles hops. It has a big sweet mouthfeel, followed by more hoppiness than you've ever had at one time. Enjoy.
