ATTENTION: Once on Ready Ticket Network, Do NOT click "purchase tickets" twice or you will likely be double charged.

We have recently encountered some issues with our ticket purchasing system.
If you encounter an "unknown error," do not go back and hit 'purchase tickets" a second time.

Instead we recommend that you wait about 10 minutes and check your email.
If you get an email confirmation, then your purchase should have already taken place.
If you do not get an email confirmation then go back and try a second time.

Terms:

There is a $1 service charge on all tickets. Tickets to special events over $25 will receive a service charge of 4% of the ticket price.
Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Exceptions may be made for a particular show or screening, please see Show Description for Exception information.
No children under 6 are allowed at any time EXCEPT for the special showings, such as Saturday Morning Film Club on the last Saturday of the month at Alamo Downtown and for BABY DAY, every Tuesday at Alamo Village, Alamo Mason and the Alamo West Oaks. Children ages 4 and up are allowed at the Westlake location at any time.
Exceptions may also be made for a particular show or screening, please see Show Description for Exception information.
Student Prices are for College students with valid a College ID. If you purchase a student ticket you will be asked to show your student ID at the show.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different date or show time.
While online purchases do guarantee a seat in the theater, we cannot guarantee that your seats will be together. For this reason we strongly urge you to come at least 30-45 minutes early during peak show times.
You MUST bring either the credit card used for purchase or a printed copy of the email confirmation to pick up your tickets. We can NOT look up tickets by name.
