Real Ale Devil's Backbone (B+) - Named for the scenic ridge that runs between Blanco and Wimberley, Devil's Backbone is a Belgian-style tripel. Czech Saaz hops and Belgian yeast give this ale its distinctive flavor and aroma. Candy sugar made in-house at the brewery adds strength without increasing heaviness. The result is a deceptively strong, pale golden ale.

Magic Hat #9 (B) - A beer cloaked in secrecy. An ale whose mysterious and unusual palate will swirl across your tongue and ask more questions than it answers. A sort of dry, crisp, refreshing, not-quite pale ale. #9 is really impossible to describe because there's never been anything else quite like it. Our secret ingredient introduces a most unusual aroma which is balanced with residual sweetness.

512 Brewing - Pecan Porter (A) - Nearly black in color, the (512) Pecan Porter is made with US 2-row and Crystal malts along with Baird’s Chocolate and Black malts. Mild smooth hop bitterness dances with sharp black malt bitterness. Its full body and malty sweetness are balanced with subtle pecan aroma and flavor from locally grown pecans. Yet another true Austin original!

Young's Double Chocolate Stout (A-) - Dark chocolaty stout.

Live Oak Pilz (A-) - Crisp, clean, and refreshing, this pilsner is styled after the original Bohemian classic from the town of Pizen, Czech Republic, Pilz is a golden-colored brew that balances a pleasant hoppiness with its smooth malt flavor. It finishes dry with a moderate bitterness that is a hallmark of the style.

Rogue Dead Guy Ale (B+) - In the style of a German Maibock, using their proprietary Pacman ale yeast. Deep honey in color with a malty aroma and a rich hearty flavor.

Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA (A) - An Imperial I.P.A. brewed to be savored from a snifter. A big beer with a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate.
